Vulnerability is one of the Three Requirements for Healthy Relationships and yet far too many of us think of being vulnerable as sharing the most difficult things in our lives with others. But the truth is there are 5 different ways to practice vulnerability, and in any relationship, our goal should be to pay attention to engaging in all of them.
